“We did this tour as a day trip from Tokyo. We took the train to Nikko, and booked a driver to drive our group of 4 and Yoshii, our guide. We would not recommend relying on the public bus in Nikko. Yoshii was great at helping make the most of our time and exploring the beautiful nature and wonderful culture in Nikko. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. We benefited from arriving on a weekday. Do not come on the weekend! - you’ll be waiting most of the day in lines and traffic.”

“This activity is a full day tour to Mount Fuji and it surrounds. And they will quite literally take you to any of the places that you might want to go. You do need to know a little bit about some of the places that you might want to see. They will absolutely take you to a couple of default places. But you'll have a much better experience if you're actually clear on some of the options and can sort of request the kind of things that you might want to do.
